Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid ph-mods products. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please read carefully before purchasing.
1. Digital products
ph-mods products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. As such, all sales are generally final once access has been granted or a download has been provided.
2. When we offer refunds
We may issue a refund at our discretion if a product is fundamentally broken and we are unable to provide a working fix within a reasonable time, and you have not violated these terms.
3. When we do not offer refunds
We do not offer refunds for account bans, for change of mind, for failure to install correctly when working install guides are provided, or where a product functions as described. Bans resulting from misuse are not eligible for refunds.
4. How to request
To request a refund, open a ticket in our Discord or email support@phmods.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent loss of access to all ph-mods products.
