Install Fabric
Install Fabric Loader for your Minecraft version and drop Fabric API into your mods folder.

Add AutoHarp
Download AutoHarp.jar from this page and place it in .minecraft/mods.

Open the harp
Talk to Melody, pick a song, and open the harp minigame in Hypixel Skyblock.

Start the macro
Press the configured hotkey (default: right shift). Sit back while it plays the song.
Every Melody's Harp song, including the longer Fast Track songs used for the final talisman upgrades.
