Install Fabric
Add Fabric Loader + Fabric API.

Add the jar
Drop GemStoneMacro.jar into .minecraft/mods.

Go to the Hollows
Enter the Crystal Hollows and stand near a gemstone vein.

Start mining
Press the hotkey; the macro locks veins and clears them automatically.
Ruby, jade, amber, sapphire, amethyst and topaz — all supported with per-gem targeting.
